I’m a senior deep-tech executive and board member recognised for scaling businesses and organisations through complex industrial transformations. I bring strategic clarity, operating judgment, and a strong execution focus to fast-moving, complex environments.
I serve as Senior Vice President at Airbus, where I set direction and governance for advanced technology, innovation strategy, and venture portfolio oversight across civil, defence, and dual-use domains. My role includes accountability for delivering technology and new business model development into operational and business impact, spanning strategic positioning, portfolio-level capital decisions, and the operating discipline that moves capabilities from development into industrial deployment.
Alongside my executive responsibilities, I serve as a board chair, non-executive director, advisor, and investor across deep-tech companies in AI and physical AI, robotics, next-generation batteries and energy storage, and advanced materials, including pre-IPO and growth-stage companies. My board work focuses on corporate governance, capital allocation, scale-up oversight, technology commercialisation including licensing and business model development, M&A oversight, and public-market readiness.
Earlier in my career, I held senior leadership roles at Qualcomm, Siemens, and Dräxlmaier Group, building and scaling technology-driven businesses across aerospace, automotive, semiconductors, energy storage, and consumer electronics, leading market entry and growth, and delivering results at scale.
Today, my focus is helping organisations translate breakthrough technologies into sustainable competitive advantage through disciplined execution, effective governance, and scalable business models.
